When should I reach out?

Earlier than you probably think. Ideally, we talk before you start writing, rebranding, building a website, or creating a funnel. Those pieces are all connected, and the order matters. Our work helps you clarify the right message, offer, and direction before you invest time and money building the wrong thing. Then we help you put the right pieces together in the right sequence.

What if I already have a draft, outline, or existing content?

That is completely fine. Many clients come to us with a manuscript, course, keynote, podcast, or years of existing content. We help you find what is worth keeping and determine what should be refined, repositioned, restructured, or moved into production. Having a head start does not mean the strategy is done.

Do I need to know exactly what book I want to write?

No. Most people arrive with an idea, or several. The real work is identifying which idea best supports your business, your audience, and where you're actually going next. That clarity is what the process is designed to produce, and it shapes everything else, including the book.

What happens on the Discovery Call?

We spend about 20 to 30 minutes learning about where you are, what you're building toward, and whether there's a clear fit with how we work. This is a mutual-fit conversation, not a sales pitch. If there is a clear fit, you will be invited to schedule a Breakthru Strategy Session. If not, we will be honest and suggest your best next step.

What is the Breakthru Strategy Session?

The Breakthru Strategy Session is a $1,750, 90-minute diagnostic with Nicole or a Licensed Coach. This is where the real gaps get named: how your message, offer, brand, and business are or aren't working together, and what the right next chapter should actually be built around. Most clients leave this call having heard something about their own work they've never been able to articulate before. If we move forward together, the $1,750 is credited toward your full engagement.

What does a project cost?

A full engagement, which covers message, brand, business alignment, and book strategy and production, typically runs between $30,000 and $40,000, structured in payments. Clients who arrive with an established brand, a strong existing draft, or a more defined scope may qualify for a focused engagement starting between $15,000 and $25,000. The Breakthru Strategy Session at $1,750 is where scope gets determined. If you move forward, that investment is credited toward your project.
